Users must be at least 21+ to use the b8ny platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from using this service. b8ny may request proof of age at any time and will immediately close any account found to have provided false information.

Users must play on their own behalf using their own funds. Playing on behalf of another person or using a third party's funds is not permitted. Borrowing money to play or participating in any form of money lending arrangement will not be facilitated.

Each person may only open one account at a time. Opening a second account using the same IP address, phone number, or payment method is considered a violation and may result in forfeiture of any pending balances and bonuses.

You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. b8ny may suspend any account found to have provided false or inconsistent information at any time. If your details change, you must notify Customer Support immediately.

You must keep your Username and Password strictly to yourself and must not share them with anyone. You agree to take full responsibility for all activity carried out under your account. If your account is hacked or accessed without your permission, contact [email protected] immediately.

In line with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, b8ny may request verification documents (national ID card, proof of address) at any time. If these are not provided within the specified period, withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.

Accepted payment methods at b8ny are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. All transactions must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only, and third-party payments are not accepted.

b8ny has 3 VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Tier progression is based on a player's activity and is managed under b8ny's adjustable policy. Cashback is credited as a temporary bonus and is subject to wagering requirements.

Game outcomes on b8ny are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, making them fair and not predetermined. The relationship between players and the platform within games is governed by the provider's compliance framework.

• Game results cannot be disputed — the RNG decision is final
• If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, b8ny will handle it in an appropriate manner
• If a technical error leads to a result believed to be incorrect, b8ny will investigate and take the necessary action
• Players may open and play multiple games at the same time within the set limits

Any attempt to manipulate a bonus outcome or exploit a loss is strictly prohibited. The following actions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds—
